Tropical Storm DORIAN Strengthens en route to USA

Tropical storm DORIAN has reached hurricane strength en route to the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos and the state of Florida. The storm is expected to reach Florida on 31 August with sustained winds of approximately 180 km/hr. Storm warnings have been posted for the Bahamas (Freeport), Turks and Caicos and Florida (West Palm Beach).
