Tropical storm PAKHAR threatens the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Macau

Tropical storm PAKHAR is expected to reach the Philippines in the next 12 hours and subsequently Hong Kong and Macau in the next 24-48 hours. Storm warnings have been issued for Santiago, Tuguegarao, Vigan, San Jose and Laoag.
