The attempted coup in Turkey is now over. There have been many reports of gunfire and explosions and large-scale military deployment and activities occurring in Turkey. A state of martial law is in effect. The situation is reported to be calmer, but mass arrests are being made, and the security situation is unpredictable and volatile.
